A poker game in Kingsport, Tennessee, which was raided by police, resulted in the arrest of the oldest ever World Series of Poker (WSOP) bracelet winner, Paul McKinney.

McKinney, 82, was arrested along with 15 others in the gambling raid and was charged with aggravated gambling promotion on suspicion of organising the event. Police were acting on a tip-off.

In the raid, police seized $20,000 in cash, playing cards, poker chips and betting slips. McKinney was also found to be in possession of Schedule III narcotics. He has since been released on a $3,250 bond with no court date set as yet.
