Emap Launch Online Bingo

LONDON , UK — March 3, 2006 — Parlay Entertainment Inc. (TSXV: PEI), the world's leading supplier of Internet bingo solutions, is pleased to announce that its licensee The Gaming Network Limited ("TGN") has signed an agreement with Emap Plc to provide white-label bingo sites for some of the media company's top magazine and radio brands.

Emap owns more than 150 top-selling consumer magazines in the UK, France and around the world. Other holdings include 40 radio stations, seven digital music TV channels, and one of the biggest digital radio networks in the UK.

"The introduction of online bingo to Emap's media family will greatly contribute to our goal of providing 'must-have' entertainment and information to targeted communities," said Paul Voss, Group Licensing Director, Emap Consumer Media. "In particular, we are excited about the interactive nature of online bingo. For the first time, our readers and listeners will be able to communicate with each other and discuss shared interests, while enjoying a game they love."

The initial agreement will see TGN launch online bingo sites for seven of Emap's consumer brands targeting the female demographic, including:

Magic FM, one of London's most listened to commercial radio stations
New Woman, a leading glossy magazine for young women, as well as the UK's number one website for 25-35 year old women
Top Santé, Britain's market-leading health and beauty magazine
Mother & Baby, the UK's leading parenting magazine for mums and mums-to-be
Yours, Britain's biggest selling magazine for women over 50
Garden Answers & Garden News, two top gardening magazines
Magic FM's bingo site will be the first to launch, with the others expected to roll out through Q2 2006. Simon Beeson, Managing Director of The Gaming Network, expects the network of bingo sites will routinely attract thousands of concurrent bingo players.

"Emap's move into Internet bingo validates our position that online gaming is becoming an important channel for media and retail brands in the UK," said Mr. Beeson. "Online games offer brands the two-fold benefit of increasing awareness and consumer loyalty while acting as a lucrative mass retail opportunity. Because TGN is fully regulated in the EU, Emap is confident in our ability to leverage the considerable customer loyalty their brands enjoy."

The Gaming Network licenses Parlay Entertainment's full suite of bingo and casino games, as well as House Edge™, its suite of back-office management and scheduling applications.

"Parlay Entertainment is proud to welcome Emap's impressive roster of media properties to the growing number of brands using our bingo platform," said Scott White, President & CEO of Parlay Entertainment. "With their brand power, distribution muscle and marketing know-how, they are well positioned to bring online bingo into the mainstream market. Considering that Emap has over 400 media properties, we're confident that the initial bingo sites are just the beginning of a fruitful, ongoing relationship between Emap, The Gaming Network and Parlay."
