Big Brother Eviction Betting Odds: Laura favourite to go
Tonight’s eviction sees Welsh nanny Laura up against northern lass Chanelle with Laura overwhelming favourite to be the next housemate to fall victim of the public vote.
With odds now as short of 1/40 for Laura to get the boot, it really doesn’t seem much of a contest. One punter at William Hill has even staked £13,000 when Laura was at odds of 1/16 to get voted out.
“Laura has been completely off the radar since entering the house and she looks all but certain to be voted out of the house on Friday. Anyone who risks £13,000 to win just over £800 must be very confident that she will go,” said William Hill spokesman Rupert Adams.
If, as expected, Laura does get the boot from the house, then it will probably come as a big shock to housemates who yesterday showed their support for Laura over Chanelle in a daily task.
Laura (a dead ringer for Peter Kay – though we’re not sure who that comparison offends more) seems pretty confident she will stay, discussing with housemates yesterday that Chanelle has had a fairly bad week.
Nevertheless, Chanelle (whose likeness to Victoria Beckham is as accurate as David Beckham penalty) seems set to stay and continue her up-and-down relationship with Ziggy.
Meanwhile, Liam is still clear favourite to win the show with odds as short as 5/2 while Nicky has overtaken Charley as the most unpopular housemate and is as long as 84/1 with Betfair to win the show.
