888 signs up with Rival – no, literally
Casino giant 888 is on a mission. Since signing an agreement with Cryptologic earlier this month, 888 has followed it up by striking an agreement with Rival Powered to use its increasingly popular i-Slots.
"As 888's gaming arena becomes broader, through constant internal development of sophisticated games and integration of external unique content, we seek partners that can add freshness,” said Gabi Campos, senior vice president and head of offering for 888.
“i-Slots' video clips, atmosphere and characters, are perfectly suited to provide a highly interactive fun customer experience for players who access games from 888's casino lobby, poker room, sportsbook portal and bingo website, or from 888's white labelled platforms."
No financial details of the deal have been released, but whatever the amount, it probably didn’t make much of a dent in 888’s seemingly bottomless pockets.
Patrick Stacey, chief executive of Rival, is keen to develop to partnership with 888. He said: "As a new market leader in innovative games, Rival is proud and eager to partner with 888 in providing its visually rich and highly interactive offering of games to a wider audience.”
i-Slots contain a narrative inside the slot game which can be followed as they game is played. 888 will be able to incorporate in to their offering, and white label partners, As the Reels Turn: 1, As the Reels Turn: 2, Hole in Won, Reel Crime: 1 and Reel Crime: 2.
