Two tournament slots added to Microgaming casinos

Online casino gaming developers, Microgaming, have just announced that they've added two new tournament slots to their ever-expanding multi-player portfolio.

The two new additions – Karate Pig and Leagues of Fortune – bring their total number of tournament games to seventeen. The games are used for a number of different tournaments across online casinos using Microgaming's network such as 32 Red and Ladbrokes.

One of the new titles – Karate Pig – will be used for the network's three-day, midweek Survivor tournament which is a knock-out competition involving multiple rounds. The top ten players left standing get to take home an equal share of the $2,000 prize pool.

A spokesperson for Microgaming, David Reynolds, says that slot tourney fans can expect to see "additional new games in the coming months."

Leagues of Fortune is a five-reel slot with 1,024 ways-to-win and takes players on a journey of exploration to the bottom of the sea. It also includes a free spins round that can award spinners with as many as 35 free spins and a 5x multiplier.

Karate Pig is a five-reel game with forty pay-lines that features stacked wilds, free spins and a three-level bonus game. Its martial arts theme in which pigs can become black belts has swiftly made it a popular choice of game in the online casino community.
