Coral Casino, operated by the popular UK sports bookmaker, has signed a deal with one of the largest online casino software providers around in order to improve the services offered to their players.
The new deal with Playtech comes in the form of a memorandum of understanding and will allow the casino operator to use Playtech’s fantastic software. Despite the fact that the deal is non-binding, Gala Coral has expressed their hope that the deal will “enable key improvements to all sites.”
This memorandum of understanding follows the news earlier this week that Playtech had reached a new deal with William Hill, as their previous joint venture had caused problems for the software provider. William Hill had imposed an injunction on Playtech following the news that they were in talks with Ladbrokes about a new deal. However, Playtech are now free to talk with other UK online operators and they appear to be making the most of this, with Gala Coral being the first to sign an official deal.
