The Ritz Club London Online has new owners. We are now part of the highly respected ukbetting plc group of companies, and will shortly be launching a new upgraded casino and poker room.
Our new, upgraded casino and poker room will launch on 25th October 2006. To enable this, our gaming software will be taken offline from midnight GMT on 24th October, and we will be back online the next day. We anticipate that the system will be down for approximately 12 -18 hours. Our new provider will have a different online cashier, which will include NETeller, as well as the opportunity to make multi-currency deposits.
Will I need to do anything?
As part of the launch, Ritz Online will transfer your account details, including account balance at the time of transition. You do not need to do anything as we will automatically transfer your customer account, including applicable bonuses, across to the new payment platform. If you would prefer that your funds are not moved to our upgraded platform please notify us by 18th October 2006 by emailing us at [email protected] and your withdrawable funds will be returned to you.
